This Privacy Policy explains how Ateve collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the Ateve website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We collect information needed to operate and secure the Service, including:

• account information supplied by your sign-in provider, such as your provider ID, email address, display name, and profile image;
• account, workspace, API-key, billing, and support information you provide or create;
• Service usage information, such as requests, settings, diagnostic logs, and security events; and
• payment and transaction status information from our payment providers. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• create and authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, and prevent fraud or abuse;
• provide, operate, support, and improve the Service;
• process billing and communicate about your account or the Service; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, support, or process payments for the Service, and when required by law or necessary to protect Ateve, our users, or the public. These parties may use the information only to provide their services to us or as otherwise required by law.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and operational obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and our legitimate operational or legal retention needs. You can also revoke a Google or GitHub authorization from that provider’s account settings.
