By accessing or using Ateve’s website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials and API keys confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for users you authorize to access your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of others;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe, or bypass the Service’s security or rate limits;
• transmit malware, abusive content, or automated traffic that harms the Service; or
• resell, redistribute, or misuse the Service except as expressly permitted by us.

4. Fees and billing

Paid features, prices, taxes, and billing terms are presented before purchase or in the applicable order flow. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You are responsible for charges incurred through your account unless required otherwise by applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Ateve and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, branding, and content. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the Service. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the Service is misused, or continued access presents a security, legal, or operational risk.
